SemiNex’s Laser Engines features a high power SemiNex laser diode chip mounted in a convenient low cost package. These lasers are offered in the 14xx nm wavelength range which is ideal for medical and other applications needing absorption at the water peak. Other wavelengths such as 15xx are also standard. The lasers feature a built in lens for fast axis columniation or a lens to match the slow and fast axis divergence. The Q design includes a fan for forced convection cooling and the P design features a large copper block for heat absorption. Custom wavelengths and lens configurations are available upon request.
