SemiNex’s 4CM Fiber Coupled Laser Module features 3 or 4 laser chips optically combined into 400/440um / 0.22 NA fiber. The design is offered in the 12xx to 19xx nm wavelength range. Other wavelengths are available upon request. This efficient low cost package is designed to meet the needs of professional medical customers needing repeatable high power in a rugged fiber coupled package. Other applications such as DPSS, thermal processing, and medical use benefit from the high power.
